For provision of Logos warehouse facility including maintenance of inventory management system and Logos accompanied visits as per original agreement.

Since February 2017, we have worked with Texas Instruments, a semiconductor company, to facilitate the long-term storage of equipment within our warehouse, as well as maintaining the inventory management system.

Pre-agreed storage space was made available within Logos Logistics facilities for equipment which was either:

  • Already packed and transported to our warehouse where Logos operatives would
  • offload or
  • in need of being packaged before being transported to the warehouse.
Equipment varied in size and weight and was arranged to utilise the allocated storage space best, ensuring that pedestrians could walk safely and unobstructed through the walkways. On occasions when the equipment was to be inspected by the client, a Logos Logistics operative was present to manoeuvre the equipment, give access and load to transport as required.

Issues Faced

Due to the nature of this long-term storage agreement, there were naturally times when the equipment would need to be accessed by our customer at short notice. Our operatives worked flexibly to allow personnel to be redirected to ensure our customers have access to their equipment as, and when, they require.
